Mrs. Holland Retirement Announcement

Mrs. Sandra Holland has announced her retirement from R.I. Baker Middle School effective end of February 2023.  Mrs. Holland began her teaching career in 1989, working in Milk River for one school year.  She has been working in the Coaldale community since then, first at John Davidson School and then R.I. Baker when the new building opened.  While she has taught a bit of everything over that time, including several homeroom classes, Science, and French as a Second Language, her primary area of instruction and passion has been in Mathematics.  Mrs. Holland is a master teacher and countless students and colleagues have benefited from her expertise and experience over the last 34 years.  She also ran our handbells group for many years and acted as piano accompanist for our bands/choirs as well.  

The staff and students at Baker will miss Mrs. Holland immensely and we wish her the very best as she begins this new chapter.
