A message from Mrs. Gaskell

Dear Baker Students and Parents,

I wanted to let you know that next year I will be taking on a new role as Vice Principal of Coalhurst Elementary School. I am excited for this new challenge, but I will miss my Baker family. It is such a different way to say goodbye, and I wish I could hug all my kiddos and say farewell in person. Perhaps I will have this opportunity in the fall.

Thanks to all of the students and their families who have made R.I. Baker such a wonderful place to come to work every day. I feel truly blessed to have been part of this community for 7 years. The kindness you show, your school spirit, and your dedication to learning is heartwarming. I will always have fond memories of my time as a Baker Bear, and I’ll be sure to come back and visit.
