If you are 100% committed to your child attending this trip you MUST attend the mandatory meeting on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 14th at 6:00pm in the library. At this meeting your child’s name will enter a lottery style draw. The first 15 names drawn will be attending the trip. The names that are drawn after that will be on the waiting list. The first 15 students will be required to pay a $300 deposit that evening. If the deposit is not paid, your spot will then go to the first student on the waiting list.
