NEEDED: Parent Volunteers for Turkey Dinner

RIBMS will provide a free turkey dinner for all students on December 22nd. Thank you to Tanya Wurzer for coordinating this event for us. This meal will include turkey, potatoes, gravy, vegetables, buns, dessert, and a drink.

In order to provide this dinner, we still need assistance in the following areas:
Set up/Clean up  (15-20 Volunteers)
Cooking potatoes  (5 families to cook 20lbs. each)
Prepare stuffing  (4 families to prepare 2 pans each).

Turkeys will be roasted Wednesday, December 21 at the School, but we are looking for volunteers to help carve them Wednesday afternoon.
Ingredients, supplies and recipes are provided.  The success of this event depends on many volunteers. Please call the office at 403-345-3340 if you are able to help prepare any of the above or help out with the event.
