Carrie Netzel

Hi everyone!  I am Carrie Netzel and I am SO excited to be teaching at R.I. Baker Middle School for another school year.  I’ll be working with all of the grade 6 Language Arts students, along with some gr. 6 Health and Exploratories. 

I am married to my wonderful husband, Geoff, and we just celebrated our 26th anniversary this summer!  We are blessed with two fantastic daughters.  Chloe is 15 and starting grade 11.  Gabi is 20 years old and is starting her 3rd year at the University of Lethbridge to continue her studies in Public Health.  They are both very busy with dance (either taking classes and teaching them) and keep us on our toes (no pun intended).  We like to travel together every opportunity we get - the island of Kauai, HI being our favourite destination to date!  Our last family holiday was to Mexico!

 I am honoured to be working with these middle school-aged students this year and I am thrilled to remain in the community of Coaldale!  If you have any questions or concerns throughout the year, please feel free to get in touch with me!
