The 2020 Marine Biology trip scheduled for March 26 will be CANCELLED due to the recent changes in government regulations around travel and COVID 19. We are currently in the process of connecting with our service providers to see what our next steps are, and explore if the trip can even be possibly moved to a later date.
This is all very new information for everyone. We will be working hard to have many answers for you by Monday. We will be holding a mandatory parent meeting on Monday March 16th, at 4:00pm in the RI BAKER Computer lab. We ask that an adult representative from your family be in attendance.

FINAL STUDENT / PARENT MEETING: Wednesday, February 12th, 4pm. This meeting will be for general inquiries or specific questions or concerns parents and / or students may be having. If you are not able to attend, send your questions with someone else in your place.

Reminder that all forms from the package your child brought home are due to Ms. Macklin by November 1st. Please have your child take to room 105; not the office.
Payment schedule: $600 total by December 1st (this includes your $200 deposit), $1100 total by January 1st, 2020, and paid in full; $1700.00 by February 1st, 2020. Any parents who would like to pay more or total before these deadlines are welcome to. Please direct any questions about your accounts; including school fees and poinsettia funds to Glenda Kurtz in the office.
Poinsettia fundraiser important dates: December 3rd is the last day to place orders and December 13th is when your orders will be delivered to the school for pick up. Ms. Macklin will be available to meet you in the library (where orders will be stored) between 2:00 and 5:00pm. Please arrange for someone to collect your orders if you can not make it on this day by 5:00pm.
October 9th, 2019:
Mandatory student meeting for Marine Biology trip will be Tuesday, October 15th at lunch recess in Ms. Macklin's room. Students will receive a package including liability forms, payment schedule, itinerary, and packing list to take home for parents to review. This includes students who have a waitlist spot. If your child is in hockey and will miss the lunch meeting, they may see Ms. Macklin at afternoon recess - room 105.
Follow up parent meeting will be Thursday, October 24th at 5pm for parents and students to come for extra information, asking questions, etc.
