Hello!

My name is Macky Le and I am 6C's homeroom teacher.

I grew up in the small town of Brooks, AB where I graduated from the Brooks Composite High School. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was in Grade 2 as evident with my "What do you want to be when you grow up" drawing still hanging on my fridge. My high school english teacher inspired me further to pursue a degree in English Language Arts Education.

I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a B.A./B.Ed. dual degree. I have completed many practicums ranging from Grades 3-9, in various subject areas. My final practicum took place at R.I. Baker, which made me ecstatic when I was officially welcomed to the Baker family.

This will be my first full year as a teacher and I look forward to all the learning experiences ahead. In addition to teaching Grade 6, I am involved with Baker's H.O.P.E (Helping Other People Everyday) Club, where students participate in local, national, and international humanitarian campaigns.
